For pub owners and publicans

If you run a pub and would like our editorial team to consider visiting, please email [email protected] with the following information:

• Pub name, address, and a brief description (history, character, what makes it distinctive)
• Notes on any cask ales currently on offer, especially regional or unusual selections
• Best contact for the publican or manager
• Any upcoming events (beer festival, anniversary, special menu)

We cannot guarantee coverage, and we never accept payment for editorial inclusion. But we read every email, and we do regularly schedule editorial visits based on reader and publican tips.

For breweries

Brewery PR teams: please send press releases and product launch information to [email protected]. We are particularly interested in hearing from independent and family-owned breweries with editorial-worthy backstories. We do not publish unedited press releases, but we do feature breweries whose work and history merit attention.

For freelance writers

We commission a small number of freelance pieces each month. If you have an idea for a feature, send a short pitch (200-300 words) to [email protected] with the subject line "FREELANCE PITCH". Include a few links to previous work or writing samples. We pay fair freelance rates.

For partnership and commercial enquiries

For advertising, sponsored newsletter slots (clearly labelled), affiliate partnerships with breweries or beer retailers, and other commercial opportunities, contact [email protected]. Editorial coverage is never tied to commercial relationships.
